Ola, estou com um Athlon 3000 64 com GeForce 6600 (1Gb RAM) e instalei o 
Fedora 4/64. Depois instalei o driver da Nvidia. Tudo joia. Meu problema foi 
no OpenOffice que nao rodou nem a pau. Mil tentativas e Foruns depois e ... 
desisti. 
Instalei o Fedora 4/32. OpenOffice funciona joinha. Mas o Driver da Nvidia 
instala e nao funciona. 
Sao 2 os problemas: 
1)  Nao entra o video e ai entra na configuracao do X. Continua sem 
funcionar. No log tudo parece Ok, inclusive as frequencias. 
2) Alterei as frequencias no xorg.conf para o mesmo jeitinho que estava 
quando rodava no Fedora 64 e ai entra e o monitor fica todo cheio de faixas 
verticais. Ou seja, nao funciona! Detalhe: a versao do driver da NVidia é a 
mesma, só que antes era 64 e agora é 32. O xorg.conf esta identico ao que 
funcionava no modo 64... 
Solucao do momento: voltei para o driver vesa. No entanto, preciso da 
aceleracao grafica. 
Alguem tem o mesmo problema e conseguiu resolver? 
Meu monitor é um LG Flatron ezT710SH 17"
