I wonder if using "live.com" email has something to do with how you ask that question :P Anyway, depending on what you want to use it for, you might find it easier to just download latest version of Ubuntu or whatever-your-favorite-linux-distro. Or, if you want to modify the source code, The link that Michael sends provide a good starting point. What is it that you want to try?
