While resizing the filesystem within it will usually fail, the dialog goes like this: Select the patition, click "Resize". "Failed to resize filesystem, change partition size (EXPERT)?" - "Yes" "Start location? [Fixed start], [Specify different]?" - "Fixed start" "Partition size? [Max is nnnnMB]" - "nnnnMB".
