Usually for local binaries in src/ we'd just do:

FSSUM_PROG=$here/src/fssum
[ -x $FSSUM_PROG ] || _notrun "fssum not built"

There's no other src/* binary that gets set in common/config;
every test just does it locally, so probably best to
stick with that convention.
