I think that here the 1st extent [64k, 128k] is only set with
EXTENT_UPTODATE since other bits like DELALLOC has been cleared by
lock_and_cleanup_extent_if_need.

It would work if we check EXTENT_UPTODATE on deciding whether to clear
EXTENT_FIRST_DELALLOC, i.e.
