Isn't it possible to configure majordomo mailing lists to only allow list subscribers to post? This might be the best defense against this sort of crap. I like this list - it's tought me a lot. But in the last week, the spam-to-"legit posts" has been nearly 1 to 1! Does restricting posts to list subscribers sound like a reasonable action to take?
