vi-like + Color Syntax Highlighting?

Anyone know of any editors that have color syntax highlighting yet have
a vi-like interface? vi-like meaning edit + command mode. Being able
to use h,j,k,l to move, .,$s///g substitutions, etc :) I've tried several
C editors but keep finding myself hitting escape and inserting far too many
hjkl's.
