Sams' Teach Yourself Advanced C in 21 Days
by Bradley L. Jones, Gregory L. Guntle
ISBN: 0672304716
Some of the chapters have a Microsoft OS lean to them, but for the most part
it was helpful to me.
Most C books start out with the history of C and how to write "Hello World".
This book starts out with Memory allocation.
It's a good book if you have a understanding of basic C.+
