I agree, if there are major changes in a distro then the cert would need
to be modified, but if not, then those people who hold a certain distro
cert would still be able to perform as well with the new version. I
feel
a version should only be changed when it is determined that the people
who currently hold the cert would not be able to perform their job with
the new version unless they learn a considerable amount.
