There is no <quorumd> section in your config file? Have you been able to identify a quorum disk on the nodes? The host-priv.domain.org is in your /etc/hosts? on all nodes? Why have they been rebooted? for maintenance/upgrade? Any iptable used? Could you please provide the logs showing the start of the cluster service? > It seems it is a very basic configuration.
