dial on demand

[HORTON, DEREK K]

I am running Red Hat 5.1 and I have a ppp connection to the internet.  I
can get it to connect by going into X and running netconfg (graphical)
high lighting it and then pressing activate.  I was wondering what I
need in order to make this thing dial on demand since I will be using it
to for IP masq.  Thanks for the help.
