I think you needn't, though it isn't that hard to compile one. I'm not
much better -- I'm using 133.
Do you have any network card? Probably some program don't release
/dev/dsp
etc, or there's IRQ conflict.

POSSIBLE. Enlightenment will ask you if you want sound support the first
time you run it.
