while doing fsck -a /dev/hda4 the following output appears:

Error reading block 2293967 (Attempt to read block from filesystem
resulted in short read) while doing inode scan.
So, if I want the box working I have to ignore this error, and in this
disk is stored important information...
How can I deactivate this sector of the disk?? or how to correct this??
Any clues??
