I hope that this is not a question for the X list only. Can someone point me to the documentation for setting up shared directories on mulitple hosts, such that when I telnet (rather ssh) to my box at work, my xauthority file (as well as everything else) is automatically updated. I want to easily be able to start remote X sessions. I've read the remote X HOWTO, but that only says that it's easier with shared home directories, not how to do it.
