I believe it involves using the genericstable function. A while ago I was
asking a similar question, and the response I got was to add the following
to the sendmail m4 file (replacing the 'wondernet' entries), and remake
the configuration file.

FEATURE(always_add_domain)
FEATURE(masquerade_entire_domain)
GENERICS_DOMAIN(wondernet.local)
GENERICS_DOMAIN(spiral.wondernet.local)
FEATURE(genericstable, hash /etc/genericstable)

Of course, this didn't exactly work, but pine version 4.10 has a function
called "Role" which allows you to set up exactly what you're asking for.
