Hello,
I have had my father logging in via telnet. (He is using a 286 w/
a dos 6.22 boot disk and NCSA telnet.) I could telnet to localhost fine
and he could telnet in over the ethernet just fine. I could ping the two
machines and everything was cool. Then last night he crashed the terminal
and suddenly it doesn't work. I can still telnet to localhost, but when he
tries to telnet in NCSA telnet says that the remote host or gateway is not
responding. Any ideas as to what happened?
