I am using the version of XFREE86 that comes with Redhat 5.1 on a Toshiba
LifeBook. The driver used is the Trident Cyber9385 (actually a 9382, but I
think t hey use the same driver)
The thing works in 800x600, BUT many important things are just _black_!
This includes window frames, menu items, and backgrounds of some
applications. Nothing seems to help (i.e. changing the colors, etc)
The problem persists even if I replace .fvwmrc, .Xdefaults, etc with files
that I _know_ work. This happens with every window manager.
Any suggestions?
