is omni.net.au one of your slave nameservers? if it is, it should be
included in your named.conf:
zone "your.zone.here" {
type master;
file named.your.zone.here;
allow-transfer { omni.net.au; };
}
i believe you can stick a global "allow-transfer" in the options{}
declaration section (top of named.conf) as well.
