I grabbed a copy off of ftp.cryptocard.com to use with their authentication
tokens. It's simply a modified version of Livingston's code and is fully
compatible with Livingston.
Of course if I didn't need to support the CC tokens, I would have simply go
it straight from Livingston. :)
