I have used this with no problems.
I have a Cheapbytes RedHat 5.2 CD and found it in
<cd root>kde/distribution/i386/kde-applications-1.1-3rh5x.i386.rpm
this is the RPM containing lots of KDE application RPMs.
OR:
<cd root>kde/apps/admin/kpackage-1.1.1.tgz
haven't tried this one tho....
