Actually, to tell you all the truth...I don't think that Linux likes my
Toshiba modem..sigh...  When I was doing the setup, I remember it
referencing a device called ttsy0 which would be a modem.  I create the
logon script with pppsetup...and I phoned my ISP, its script protocall, so I
input all the specs...when I try to dial though, about 2 seconds if not less
after it retruns the message "logon script failed."  Now I'm sure that thats
not enough time for it to initialize my modem, dial, send the info and
return the error.

Also in K-ppp (KDE's version of Dial-UP-Networking) When I try to dial, it
says Modem is busy, as soon as I hit the connect button.  I'm at a total
loss. I've looked at the man pages...and checked the link given in the other
post, but to no avail...

Anyone, Anything, anytime  :)  Thanks..  :)  Maybe I need to try a PCMCIA
modem, and see if thats supported :)
