Yes. In Win98, go to ftp.redhat.com or a mirror and download boot.img and
rawrite.exe from the images folder under redhat-6.0. Run rawrite.exe to
create a boot disk from boot.img and reboot with the diskette inserted. At
the LILO prompt enter:

LILO: linux root=/dev/hda<partition-#-where-your-/-is-installed>

and hit enter.
