One thing you can do is grab a list of known spammers domains and
addresses from someplace like:
http://www.webeasy.com:8080/spam/spam_download_table
and then add them to:
/etc/mail/access
then update your access.db and restart sendmail.
After that I would use procmail to filter keywords...
