Disk Quoata System

Hello,

I am having trouble getting my disk Quota system to force its limits on Slackware 3.6.

I am using the one that comes with slackware and it will show me used blocks and say they are over the hard and soft limit but will not fix it :(.

Any ideas? or any other packages I could use, along with anything that will limit ram useage to accounts?
