There's an error in your cgi script/program. Or at least your web
server is complaining about what it is (or is not) doing.

Warning: that's no indication at all that the output from any cgi
program will work in it's intended runtime environment.

The best idea to cope with this is to do something like
tail -f /var/log/httpd/* &
then run your cgi program (through a browser) while watching the error
messages being added to the error log files as they occur. This way
you can track down the source(s) of your problem(s) and fix it(them).
