Are'nt we going to decide on the agenda for the July meeting?? I was
wondering if we could do something to impress the authorities enough so
that there is no problem about future meeting's venue... Anyway the
directions to reach DCE follow..

1)If you're coming from Dhaula kuan (south and west delhi, faridabad,
gurgaon etc..)
Stick to the inner ring road from Dhaula kuan. After Punjabibagh there is a
fly-over, then a Major redlight and after some distance another major
redlight called Wazirpur Depot. Turn left from here and go straight till you
reach Madhuban Chowk.Look at your car's odometer. Cross madhuban chowk and
go straight for 1700 (+- 10.5%) meters and you'll find yourself at Bhagwan
Mahavir chowk (there is a blue board at the left side announcing the place).
Turn Right at BMC .(If there isnt a vast empty field at your left now then
you are at the wrong place). Go straight till the road ends and then turn
left.Look at the odometer again. Go on for another 1600(+-10.5%) meters and
you should see a large brick structure under construction, turn right at the
first cut after the structure.Go straight and turn left at the end of the
road. Follow the Pucca-road for 100 meters..and when even this road ends
turn Left. Go straight for 100 meters and at your Right is the Delhi College
of Engg. Ask for the Administrative Block at the gate.
2)If youre coming form Azadpur, ISBT etc.. stick to the ring road, you too,
and turn right at Wazirpur Depot crossing.The rest is same as in step 2 :-)
3)For those coming by bus.. get to the wazirpur depot by the ring-road sewa.
Board bus no.985 and get down at its last stoppage (Sector 16. rohini). Ask
anybody there. DCE is walking distance(sort of) from here.
A phone number for directional assistance will be announced one day prior to
the meet.

And Oh!! I just forgot.. I've been able to pursuade my HoD to move our main
lab to Linux. The job of setting up the network has been entrusted to me.
