[linux-delhi] Second NIC - more details

More details

The first one (NE2000)is internal and has an IP 192.x.x.x . This is
configured.
The second one (NE2009) will have a real world static IP (12.10.x.x)

Hardware: P-II/200 4.3GB HDD 64M RAM
O/S : RedHat 6.0 Hedwig dist. (Kernel 2.2.5-15)> 

I am unable to get the second NIC up.
Please point me to where I an get info.
