Hi, I installled Redhat 6.0 Previously i was using 5.2 I am having the following problems now. 1. On running startx, i get the following message on my console System: `/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb/xkbcomp -w 1 -R/usr/X11R6/lib/X11/xkb -xkm -m us -em1 "The XKEYBOARD keymap compiler (xkbcomp) reports:" -emp "> " -eml "Errors from xkbcomp are not fatal to the X server" keymap/xfree86 /var/tmp/xfree86.xkm'kpanel: waiting for windowmanager 2. The command in the Execute window (ALT-F2), does not get executed. 3. On making some changes in the KDE Control Center, i get the messages kwm: X_ConfigureWindow(0x1c0007a): BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) kwm: X_ConfigureWindow(0x2c00081): BadMatch (invalid parameter attributes) 4. On shutdown, get the message nfsd : terminating in signal 9 nfsd : last server exiting I need help in fixing the above Thanks -Pratik
