asf: audio streaming file. M$ trademark . it uses the much advanced(and bought
over) mp4 video compression format along w/t the so well used mp3 audio format 2
giv u breathtaking audio/video files @ amazingly small file sizes.... a 4 min video
wud take about 10mb in this format while the same video in mp1 format wud take 50
mb. whats more.... u get better sound quality and near cd video ( i mean u can even
play it on fullscreen and itll run like a normal vcd... not pixelated like
mpeg1)...
but here is the catch. even in winduhs... there is only 1 player that can run these
files.... guess which 1???? mplayer!!!! so i gess 4 me 2 xpect 4 a linux player is
just 2 much!!!!
