Well sorry for the late response.
I have been able to convince my principals M/s Asia Cybernet Limited, to
sponsor the whole meet which includes the food and the drinks.
We also have a modest network of 6-7 machines (all dual booting Redhat
Linux 6.1 (with NIS/NFS) and Windows 2000) which could be used for any
tutorials or presentations. Internet connectivity of 64kbps ISDN + Dialup is
also avalable.
