Hi ppl,
My lpd is acting up. I have an Epson EX1000 9-pin Dot Matrix Printer that
I have configured using printtool (RH 6.1). THe printer prints okay if I
do a
cat somefile.txt > /dev/lp0
but if I use lpr or even print a test page using printtool, the DMP takes
ages to print....
In the ASCII Test, it prints one line of the page, waits for 1 minute and
then prints the next line and so on...
Anybody have a clue whats wrong? Is this a lpd configuration problem?
