Go to the squid.conf file in /etc/squid/ and somewhere in the middle of the
file you willl find "Access Controls". Under this you have "TAG: http
access". Most probably under this http access has been denied for all, so
you can change it using the following syntaxes to allow or deny http
access:-

http_access allow <client's computer name1> <client's computer name2>
http_access deny <client's computer name> <client's computer name2>
