Close, quite close.  In the interest of keeping Jeff happy, and as I don't
think this is a great secret anyway,

You were right about the second, as hopefully dialing in again will give you
a new IP (not guranteed, as normally people want the same IP).
You can also use a proxy, which will replace the SRC IP with its own. Use a
different proxy each time.  A public one used to be www.anonimizer.com .

As Raju pointed out, if you care enough to rig the poll designed to estimat
enthusiasm levels, you deserve to win ;-)
