[linux-delhi] An Indian Distribution?

Folks,

A friend sent me this link:

These are guys in Bombay, and they sell a Linux Distro for 2100/-.  The main
thing they talk about, repeatedly, is that the support the SIS6215 card out
of the box.

No mention of what they are based on, no mention that the code is GPL.
