Hmmm...something tells me that a month is a little too long for installation
of Red Hat on a notebook. I know that performance of notebooks is always
behind desktops, but I was not aware that is so much behind...My Thinkpad
240 seems to be fast little computer even under Windoze 98, so my sixth
sense tells me that either you have made a typo so instead of "a month or
so" should be "a day or so" or you are taking into consideration relativity
of time so you think that for me to be without my Thinkpad for 1 day will be
like 1 month.
In any case whether is a typo or just relativity of time that you are taking
into consideration I'd be very grateful to you if you could please help me
to install Red Hat Linux on my Thinkpad 240.

Thank you for your considerate reply,
Dina-natha Das.

P.S. Helping others to install Red Hat Linux on their Thinkpads 240 is good
karma.
