Hi Vipul,
Yes, I'm using the same with 128MB. I have had no
problems
(except with sis6326, even that's gone thanks to
RH6.2 :)
Only one thing: AMD recommends ASUS motherboards for
K6-2 500
and I don't think they come with on-board sound/video.
