[linux-delhi] Linux Installation on VIA Tx98 Motherboard

I have a Via Tx-98 motherboard with AMD K6-350 Mhz processor and
SiS-6215
VGA Card. Will Linux install on it properly. I am unable to set 6215 VGA

on RHL-6.2

Any idea how to do it.
Pls guide.
