my experience with the nehru place vendors has been that an atx smps costs
abt rs.100 less than a cabinet.. thus whenever i have had to change an atx
smps i used to advise the client to buy a new cabinet.. and if u do so buy
M-Tek ones, they r good and they don't blow up!! and even if they do they
have a good warranty policy (instant replacement)..

PS: I hav worked with a computer assembler so i know what i am saying, if
anyone is offering a cheap atx smps, then it must be a repaired one. and
definately keep away from them!!
