[linux-delhi] Problems compiling the drivers

Hi ,Everybody.
I installed Redhat 6.2 on a Compaq Dekspro 2000.
I have a Winbond -840 lan card.
I downloaded the drivers for the card.
Can anyone tell me how to compile the driver and use them.
