switch off that damn auto-view option, word/excel macros, and vbb dlls,
especially if you are using MSOE. or use eudora or NS messenger on win.
these are not as good as MSOE 5, but better to put some effort than
weeping later that some "i love you" mail on "your true friend 4 life"
sounded the death of all your data, not to mention the animosity of your
friends whom such virus automatically send a virus-mail picking their id
from your OE address book.

there are nothing called a free lunch. user-friendly spells
virus-friendly.
