I guess you'll find some real a/v server clones for linux on the
net. Anyway, for audio, shoutcast is a nice thing. Streams mp3 files, and
does it pretty well. I've heard its also fairly easy to configure, and
most modern mp3 players come with shoutcast plugins. WinAmp does, and xmms
has it native. Whats better, there are even some winduhs shoutcast servers
available, if you are looking for compatibility.
