hi all !
    i am not able to find the plock function on Red Hat Linux 6.2,while the
same was present on HP -Unix and Solaris ..there is no man pages avaliable
for plock function on linux while the same is present on HP-UX and Solaris
.but its  extern declaration is present on linux in the file 
 
/usr/lib/gcc-lib/i386-redhat-linux/egcs-2.91.66/SYSCALLS.c.X 
    Can any one help me .. is there any function plock in Red Hat Linux 6.2
or any corresponding function available.
