hi,
you can use two files for that
/etc/hosts.allow (to allow Ip address )
/etc/hosts.deny (to deny IP address)
/etc/hosts.allow:
in.telnetd in.rlogind:<ip address of the host>
you can get n number of methods to do this just go through the man pages
of hosts.allow
/etc/hosts.deny:
in.telnetd in.rlogind:ALL
it will block all hosts for accessing the m/c only hosts.allow will be
allowed to access the m/c.
