I think Samba is a server which forwards lpd or lprng services as printer in
Netbeui,netbios and LPD and lprng provide you acess to remote printers. Preferably you
should run lprng cause thats better than lpd. It is also well documented.
I tried using Netbios network printer in linux. It works very fine.
If your printer is PS compatible you will get better quality
