I think ISDN by default uses only PAP or CHAP Authemtication so you you 
should not give the login prompt and password prompt in the script instead 
specify them in the PAP or CHAP file . If you are using pppd then you have 
to specify the login name and password in pap-secrets file in 
/etc/ppp/pap-secrets file.
