[linux-delhi] Background configuration using HTML file !!!!

Hello,
  is it possible to configure the backgroung using HTML file in linux
machine ?
Because,while i was trying that,none is appearing in background.

Note:it is possible in windows and too browse through that.

If anybody knows,help me.
