Hi Amit,
VishwaKarma is meant for a specific purpose: shared web hosting
servers. No, it does not run from the command line -- everything is
web-based. Having said that, since the source is available, it
shouldn't be too difficult to tweak it to do exactly what you need of
it. Let me know if you need help.
