Hi harshal,
For just accessing mail from u r exchange account u don't need to configure
ur sendmail, but any normal email client can get mail for you.
But first make sure that ur exchange server site,where ur account is
configured, runs pop/imap protocol and your account has permissions to use
it.
If yes, u would be able to retrieve mail easily.
