[linux-delhi] alsa problems

have any of u face problems with compiling alsa under kernel 2.2.14-12
(redhat standard)???
i am getting some problem with a file emu10k1.c while compiling..
cant even get why??? seems like a dependency problem with  the kernel
compile???
