Yes, anyone can attend the meet. The venue and schedule of the
meet is announced on this list around one week before the scheduled day,
so you can pick it from here. More details are available in the
"Activities" section of the group's home page, www.linux-delhi.org . Its a
bit outdated though :(, please dont complain!
